Free trial

Every new workspace gets a 14-day free trial with no card required. Nothing is charged unless you choose a paid plan. Plans and prices are listed on the pricing page.

Monthly plans

Cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing month and does not renew. Partial months are not refunded, except as below.

Yearly plans

If you cancel within 30 days of your first yearly payment we refund the full amount. After 30 days, yearly plans are non-refundable, but you may switch to monthly billing at the next anniversary.

Usage wallet

Wallet top-ups pay third-party costs (messaging, telephony) at cost and are non-refundable once consumed. Unused wallet balance is refunded on closure of the workspace, less any outstanding dues.

Service failures

If the Service is unavailable for more than 24 continuous hours due to our fault, you receive a pro-rata credit for that period on request.

How to request a refund

Email info@radiatus.com from the workspace owner's address with the invoice number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Taxes already remitted (for example state sales tax) are refunded only where the law allows. You can also reach the team through the contact page.
